Wooden handbag with leather handles

The dimensions of the bag are 28cmX23cmX8cm (length X high X depth) with round edges.
The endings and handle covers are made of red mahogany wood, recycled of a 60 year old staircase.
The opening is secured with a small linear magnet, incorporated into the mahogany ending.
The casing is made of oak veneered mdf, treated with water based grey and beige color and water based varnish. The cover is made of oak veneered pine onto a cotton cloth. The cover and the red mahogany decoration is unvarnished.
The inside of the bag is coated with 5mm of silver-grey colour felt .
In the interior of the bag, where visible and there where the felt joins the wood, there is a covering with a small metallic measuring tape.
The handles are made of reinforced brown suede leather, which length is enough for carrying the bag by the elbow.The stiching of the handles are made with green colored thread.
The weight of the bag is around 1.1 kgr.
